Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
Our aim and goal is to always provide our customers with the highest quality jewellery at an affordable price.
A refund is defined as an exchange or a replacement of the item/s as applicable below only and will not be a monetary cash refund under any circumstances.
1. Standard Return Policy
Any and all jewellery are not refundable under any circumstances unless the item/s are defective (as defined below) or the incorrect product/s were shipped to you. In the event of a defective and/or incorrect product, only physical item replacement/s of the item/s are offered. All our jewellery are meticulously inspected before shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must log a return of the item/s via email at info@thebraceletboutique.co.za within 7 days of the order's delivery. Please ensure that you quote your order number within the email and provide us with as much detail as possible, including the reason for the return, to ensure that we are able to streamline an efficient response and replacement.
In the event of a defective and/or incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item respectively, to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material/significant imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.
With proper care, our stainless steel jewellery collection should remain untarnished.
Avoid exposing all of our jewellery to detergents, lotions, hair products, jewellery cleansers, and/or any harsh chemicals for optimal care.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in a re-sellable condition;
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any certificates, tags, and accessories; and
- You must have the receipt with your order number.
2. Standard Exchange Policy
Should you be unhappy with a purchase, The Bracelet Boutique will gladly provide you with an exchange for another product which equates to the exact same value of the product/s being exchanged. The customer is liable for the applicable courier fee both ways for the exchange. In the event of such an exchange, you must log an exchange of the item(s) via email at info@thebraceletboutique.co.za within 7 days of the order's delivery. Please ensure that you quote your order number within the email and provide us with as much detail as possible to ensure that we are able to streamline an efficient response and exchange.

3. Timeframe
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or an exchange under any circumstances.
4. Disclaimer
Individual skin types may react differently to our jewellery, and no returns, refunds or exchanges are available for changes in jewellery colour due to skin oils, perfumes and lotions.

5. Process
5.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@thebraceletboutique.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
5.2 Packaging
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5.3 Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, the item will be shipped back to you according to the policies set out above.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our practices.
