SHIPPING POLICY

The Bracelet Boutique will endeavour to ship all products to you in a timely manner using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are always estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors that are beyond our control.

In order to provide our customers with lower courier rates, we offer locker-to-door Pudo delivery powered by The Courier Guy as our delivery service provider. Delivery by Pudo can take anywhere between 1 to 4 business days from dispatch date and they only deliver from 8am - 5pm on business/working days.

Since majority of our jewellery is fully/partially handmade, please allow 1-2 days before your order is shipped for delivery (excluding weekends). Whilst the items may be in stock, final quality checks and packing need to take place depending on the size of your order. If an order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day.

Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly, including the postal code, to avoid any delays and we will not be held responsible should you enter your delivery address incorrectly when placing an order, resulting in the delivery being delivered to the incorrect location. We will also not be liable or responsible should Pudo or any of our Couriers deliver the incorrect parcel to you, unless this was an error of ours whereby incorrect products were shipped in our business original shipping packaging.
